The Feast at Mōkapu is the luxury luau of Wailea, held on a lawn above Mōkapu Beach at the Andaz Maui. It is the only Wailea luau that plates every course, and it puts Hawaiian storytelling at the center of the show. It is also the most expensive seat in Wailea, so here is what the price buys.

Menu, bar and show

Dinner is a multi-course tasting of Hawaiian dishes from the Andaz executive chef, served to your table rather than from a buffet. Recent menus have featured kalua pig, black pepper Kauai prawns and pulehu ribeye, and reviewers single out the pork course and the ahi poke. The open bar pours handcrafted cocktails, wine and local beer. The show mixes chant, hula and live music with the history of the islands, and ends with fire. A professional digital photo is included. Check-in is at the Bumbye Beach Bar, 3550 Wailea Alanui Drive; the evening runs about 2.5 hours, with the sunset behind the stage.

2026 prices: premium or classic?

Direct from the Andaz, classic seating is $283 per adult and $140 per child, and premium seating $363 and $200. On Viator the luau starts at about $296 with free cancellation up to 24 hours. Classic seats share a table with other guests; premium gets a private table closer to the stage and earlier entry (grounds open at 5 PM for premium, 5:30 PM for classic). Seating is preassigned by booking time, so the earlier you book, the better your spot.

Is it worth it?

It holds a 4.4 rating from 242 reviews. Guests who loved it describe a thoughtful, beautifully served evening; “It’s pricey but the yummy menu, great bar, wonderful program about the islands’ history, and other extras made it totally worth it,” wrote one. The critics wanted bigger portions or more high-energy spectacle for the price. Book it for a couple, a celebration or a food-first evening. For a lively show with kids, Te Au Moana is the better fit, and cheaper. One practical note: the walk down to the lawn is a slope, so mention it if older guests are coming.
